Message	F'd up. Yes stuff happens sometimes stuff shifts in flights and stuff and the occasional package gets messed up but nothing like that maybe just a accidental tear getting caught on the belts. as Zboost said use ground, its cheap and WAY better but you get what you pay for at the same time.
